Rig must prepare them for Ragnarök while also considering the possibility of finding a new home, a journey that will be far from easy.
After Ragnarök, Rig, Liv, and Svarn are forced to leave their land and arrive in Neustria, a region in the Southern Kingdoms. Here, they encounter new leader’s and become involved in a web of alliances and conflicts. Together with these leaders they embark on a quest to find three powerful swords, forged by the Norns, which combine to form the Cross of Vidar. This special artifact, part Norse and part Neustrian holds the potential to bring an end to Ragnarök.
The Kingdom of Neustria, home to the Clan of the Lion, is deeply rooted in faith and military strength. Despite their powerful nature the kingdom faces internal divisions due to shifting alliances, betrayals, and political struggles, much like the clans of Northgard.
One of the key figures in this story is Hildegarde a visionary leader driven by a divine mission. She believes in assembling the Cross of Vidar to prevent a devastating apocalypse in the North. Harmony in the kingdom and the unification of her people are her ultimate goals.
The campaign for Cross of Vidar unfolds in two parts, continuing the story from where the previous one left off.
